Lucy Kelly
Director & Lead Podiatrist
Lucy is the proud owner of Brinsworth Foot Clinic and Wombwell Foot Clinic, she prides herself on delivering a high-quality healthcare service and customer experience.
After graduating as a podiatrist in 2018, Lucy took over ownership of Wombwell Foot Clinic, from Jayne Kelly her mum in 2020 and went on to developed it into the clinic it is today. More recently Lucy has taken over the clinic here in Brinsworth. Making exciting changes and enabling us to serve more of the community by moving to a larger & brand new premises with two treatment rooms.
She has turned a passion for helping others into a career she loves. Lucy's motto is finding comfortable and effective solutions for all Podiatry needs. She particularly enjoys Nail surgeries and Swift ® Verruca treatments and is satisfied when customers leave the clinic happy and pain-free.
Jayne Kelly
Founder & Lead Chiropodist
Dedication to making a positive impact on people's lives, meant my passion guided me towards a career in Medicine and led me to the rewarding career path of Chiropody. This journey has empowered me to deliver top-tier healthcare to my valued patients. I have been a qualified HCPC registered Chiropodist for over 25 years. Throughout these years, I've remained committed to enhancing the well-being of those I serve.
In 2020, a significant transition took place, as I handed over ownership of Wombwell Foot Clinic (the first clinic I ever opened) to my daughter. Recently, she has also joined with me & the team at Brinsworth Foot Clinic, where we continue on our mission to provide top-tier foot care to the local communities.
While my daughter assumes the lead at Brinsworth Foot Clinic, I am delighted to maintain an active role, contributing my expertise three days a week Tuesday-Thursday. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, in particular my grandchildren, taking my chocolate Labrador out for walks & going aboard for holidays. I'm always looking for recommendations where to go next!
Omar Shaffique
Podiatrist
Omar is a Podiatrist who prides himself in delivering gold-standard care, ensuring our clients get the best possible results.
After graduating as a podiatrist in 2020, Omar worked both in the NHS and private sector. Starting his career as a podiatrist he worked for the NHS. Omar values the time he spent there as he learnt a lot of key skills. Due to the nature of seeing a varied array of cases. Alongside that, he has also worked privately carrying out home visits for housebound patients.
Omar’s hobbies are cricket and boxing. In his spare time, Omar plays cricket for a local club in Huddersfield.
Matthew Rothwell

Meet Matthew Rothwell, our Podiatric Surgeon 🩺✨
Matthew works at our Brinsworth and Wombwell branches.
He handles mask assessments, orthotic prescriptions, steroid injections, and performs nail surgeries and deep corn removals using anaesthetic 💉🦶
